What information should I include?

Include the product name or grade, specification, required quantity, delivery destination and preferred timing. If you have a technical data sheet, attach it to your email.

Can I enquire about a specific polymer grade?

Yes. Send the exact manufacturer and grade reference, together with the volume and destination. We will discuss whether suitable supply can be sourced. Availability is confirmed individually.

Do you work with suppliers as well as buyers?

We welcome introductions from producers, distributors and trading partners. Please send your company details, product portfolio, specifications and supply locations to sales@primacom.trade.

How are prices and delivery terms agreed?

Pricing and delivery terms depend on the material, volume, origin, destination and timing. These are discussed for each enquiry and set out in the commercial offer.
